Fixed-scope review · B2B recurring services

Check whether contracted price increases reached customer invoices.

We compare the annual price uplift terms in a sample of customer contracts with the prices actually billed over the last 12 months. You receive a source-linked matrix of matched items, exceptions and amounts requiring internal review.

What we compare

Contract terms against actual billing

The review follows the documents provided by your team. It does not assume that every difference is an error or automatically recoverable.

Clause

Uplift rule

Index, percentage, anniversary date, notice requirement and any cap or exception stated in the contract.

Billing

Applied price

The recurring amount shown in the invoice sample or billing export for the corresponding customer and period.

Exception

Documented variance

Expected and billed prices shown side by side, with the calculation and source reference for review.

Control

Uncertainty separated

Ambiguous clauses, missing documents and customer-specific exceptions are flagged instead of guessed.

Process

A reviewable result in five business days

  1. 01

    Confirm the sample

Up to 10 active B2B customer contracts and 10 corresponding customer billing histories.

  2. 02

    Provide 12 months of billing

Invoices or a spreadsheet export are sufficient. We do not require access to your ERP or billing platform.

  3. 03

    Map clauses to invoices

We extract the relevant uplift terms, calculate the expected price and compare it with the billed amount.

  4. 04

    Review the exceptions

You receive the contract-to-billing matrix, source references and a prioritised exception list. One consolidated correction round is included.
